Our Social Action and Diversity Committees lead initiatives focused on employee well-being and social engagement, aiming to promote inclusion and foster social development as well as humanitarian and educational causes.
Our actions are tangible primarily through donation and awareness campaigns, educational talks, and financial contributions from Rio Bravo.
Partnerships and Educational Programs – Ongoing support for the NGO Parceiros da Educação, including annual donations and institutional visits, as well as visits, talks, classes, and mentoring sessions led by Rio Bravo executives and partners (Anbima).
Charity Campaigns – Coat Drive, Blood Donation Drive (in partnership with Hospital Sírio-Libanês), various fundraising campaigns (for natural disaster victims, donations to the Cancer Hospital, and Christmas gift bags for underprivileged children)
Education and Awareness – An annual calendar and weekly diversity tips covering a range of topics, along with internal events featuring guest speakers on subjects such as mental health, inclusion of trans people, and racial, gender, sexual orientation, and religious diversity, among others.
Partnerships with law firms for support legal assistance to trans people in rectification processes name. Expansion of publicity of vacancies for Inclusion of LGBTQIA+ professionals in the capital markets.
In the real estate fund universe, sustainability is no longer just a trend — it has become a decision-making criterion.
The reason is practical: certified buildings show higher occupancy rates (18% vacancy versus 31% for other properties, in São Paulo, in 2024), and demand for these assets keeps growing year after year. Add to that climate-related risks, which drive up costs such as insurance, making adapted, resilient assets the most competitive.
Funds like RCRB11 pursue this sustainability standard and hold LEED-certified assets in their portfolio.
